It supports remote control, real-time monitoring, instant image retrieval & video playback with high-efficiency data processing.
Compliant with China’s national standard GB/T 1836-1997, the AI recognition system delivers reliable and efficient container code identification. It supports all common code printing formats including but not limited to 1/2/3/4 horizontal rows and 1/2 vertical columns.
The system covers all mainstream container types: 20ft, 40ft, standard dry van, reefer, high cube, overlength, flat rack and tank containers.
Equipped with HD cameras to capture video streams, the AI algorithm extracts up to six valid snapshots containing container codes; auto-synchronized LED fill-in lighting is deployed to adapt to variable on-site illumination conditions.
The system automatically counts loaded containers per chassis, captures respective container IDs and distinguishes front and rear containers, with dedicated tagging available for dual 20ft containers on a single truck.
Recognition performance remains unaffected by harsh weather such as rain, snow, fog, frost and strong wind.
