Designed on a modular basis, the Intelligent Gate Control System integrates diverse data acquisition and control hardware as well as functional subsystems to enable contactless data collection and release control at unmanned lanes. Adopting an equipment event-driven mechanism, the system supports flexible workflow configuration to fit varied application scenarios, including toll gates, border checkpoints, security screening lanes for restricted sites, logistics passages at terminals and other customs-supervised premises.
It integrates multiple industrial hardware via TCP/IP, RS232, USB and other communication protocols to realize hardware function management, automatic equipment status self-inspection, fault reconnection and abnormal alerts. Meanwhile, the system allows docking with auxiliary subsystems such as facial recognition, human body temperature measurement, license plate recognition, container number recognition, vehicle frame identification and wheel hub identification. In accordance with preset process rules, it automatically collects, verifies, encapsulates and transmits information of passing personnel, vehicles and cargo while executing relevant linkage control.

· Vehicle Workflow Configuration Customizable workflow setup to adapt to diverse application scenarios.
· Automatic Data Acquisition The system automatically captures data of personnel, vehicles, containers and documents, and exchanges data with the cloud-based gate operation management system.
· Vehicle Release Control Controls barrier gates, traffic lights, LED message displays and receipt printers to automate vehicle clearance.
· Centralized Equipment O&M Supports centralized operation and maintenance; users monitor and manage the operational status of all devices via the backend platform.
